Inconvenient and awkward

Doesn't hold handset. This was purchased to reduce the strain of holding and squeezing the tube. This thing kept coming loose and dropping the hose if your hands weren't holding it tightly shut. Complicated the whole process and I wouldn't recommend it for people with arthritis. Also, rotating the dial required a lot of work.
