Doesn't answer the phone. This was purchased to reduce the strain of holding and squeezing the tube. This thing kept coming loose and dropping the hose if your hands weren't holding it tightly shut. Complicated the whole process and I wouldn't recommend it for people with arthritis. Also, rotating the dial required a lot of work.

Bought to use with a large tube of Aquaphor. This product does not grip the handset, it only rotates. It seems to work on metal pipes but not on plastic pipes.

Solid metal tool but didn't last long. I'm sure this still works for toothpaste, but it no longer works for our hair dye tubes that contain thick hair dye. As if the gears were broken. I thought it would last a lot longer than our plastic pipe grinder.

I have used a plastic paint tube juicer in my salon for years. And I needed a replacement as it broke after 8 years. When I found this metal one I was excited because it was metal and I was hoping it would be stronger. It worked for a few days. Now it just spins and doesn't stick to the pipes at all. I've tried pressing harder and lighter, holding it at different angles, it just spins without any support. I am extremely disappointed
