durable laptop bag. While this product covers the former, it absolutely fails at the latter - and ultimately, the most important factor when it comes to travel is the durability of the bag. The second day I used this bag the zipper broke and all that broke inside was my laptop, wallet, small book and binder - by no means complete. During my travels I had to fumble with the zipper and often had to settle for it being partially closed. I even tried to pull things out but still found the zipper had come loose and wasn't closing completely. It was a hassle to get through security as I had to unzip/unzip multiple times to fully open my bag and take out my laptop. Unfortunately the return period has expired and I feel like I just wasted my money. If I could give this bag zero stars I would. There's no point in having a beautiful bag if it doesn't perform as promised.
