AVOID both this machine and this seller. 25% restocking fee on returns. Our Cricut Maker started to have problems and on paper I liked the features of this machine. Auto-feed roll, rear cutter, no mats required. Except that NONE of these features are worth the price of this plastic butt. So, so, so very disappointed in the real car. I did over a dozen test cuts at different settings and got 1/12th which was almost a usable vinyl cut. I didn't think the software could be any worse than Cricut Design Space, but Silhouette Studio "Hold my beer". YOU HAVE TO PAY $50 TO USE SVG! It's counter-intuitive, changing the cut pressure from 21 to 22 caused my vinyl to cut all the way through the sheet rather than through. Seriously, this thing is cheaply made, very loud and JUNKY. Do not buy it or from this seller. What a waste of money. We just bought another Cricut car to replace ours that was dying. I can't believe this is a real product. I've never been so closely involved with the scene in Office Space where they destroy a printer. I can try to sell it on eBay as I raise $100 or I share a video of this POS being 'shared'. I really wanted the software and the machine to please. Unfortunately, both are terrible.
