How about a template?
The product seems thick enough and is definitely easier to clean than carpet. Cutting is not difficult either. So what's the problem? Fitting. It will not be difficult for a supplier to provide a template or diagram showing where to cut "for the best fit". If I can, so can you, but it will not be difficult for them to provide such support. Even if it says so on their website. However, it's hard to beat the price.
