Cheap chinese junk that doesn't work
Works for a split second, then crashes. By "work" I mean it makes a tiny noise that doesn't sound like a horn at all. The horn on a vehicle is intended to draw the attention of other drivers, this article could NEVER do that. Chinese garbage.
