My 13 year old cat recently started having incontinence problems. So imagine my relief when I discovered the existence of cat diapers! He was large, about 13.5 pounds (compared to 21 pounds - he was always a big boy), and I bought the largest size available. Oddly enough, that would be average. The box said it might be on the higher end of the weight range so I figured what the heck and bought it anyway. And he prayed. Unfortunately, my prayers went unanswered. While the diapers are easy to put on, they don't snap about an inch on each side. There is no elastic or pliable fabric in the diaper that could help in this situation. I give this product high marks although I haven't been able to test it because I think it would be great for a small cat. I hope one day they will make more sizes for "big boned" kittens.
