The iPad arrived with a defect and wouldn't even start without freezing and then kept crashing. Wasting my time and money on something that doesn't even work and is clearly a defective product. It shouldn't have been sold. I am very frustrated as I now have to return it and reorder the iPad. If I were to buy from Apple, I could easily and quickly get a replacement from the store. But since I bought from Revain, the process will take longer and cause me a lot of trouble. I expect more from Amazon and its sellers. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.
