terrible no cable lasted 2 days. They keep plugging and unplugging unless I'm holding the cord a certain way. All my old cables work fine. *** I've been waiting a few months for the update as 2 new cables were shipped right after this post was published. Didn't even send the old ones back and throw them away. These new ones work perfectly. And I have to say the customer service from syncwire and Revain has been outstanding and why most of my purchases are now made online with them. If a problem arises, it is resolved immediately, no questions asked. So I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. All businesses can suffer from a bad product or service. This is what you do after you learn what makes a good company a great company. I have to say it's now July 2019 and still working great.
