, hooked up my SDR to a standard coaxial cable using this and a Petra Rse-E106 external transformer. At one point I was planning on placing the antenna outside, but I made a special dipole antenna out of 18 gauge wire for wireless dog fences, stretched it out to the middle of the strip I was interested in and hung it inside and really didn't do it i don't feel it the need to still date him. 200 times better than the little whip that comes with these mouths.
