I love Vietnamese coffee and drink it so much I thought it was time to make my own. It's nice to go to the shops and make drinks for you, but it ends up being $4-$5 a drink. I love how you can really experience the flavor and quality of your coffee with the slow drip method. For Vietnamese coffee, simply add some condensed milk of your choice to the drip cup and stir once the slow drip is complete. I like the sweeter but richer taste of coffee. The drip container is made of glass, so pay attention to the temperature and don't drop it. I love how few parts need cleaning and that it has a built in filter instead of paper filters.
