I'm in my right mind and I think unpacking these headlights might be the most tedious job in the whole world. It takes at least 20 minutes to unravel a box of beautifully wrapped lights. It's amazing how this bird's nest immediately twists when you try to straighten the light for hanging. 2nd box, same problem and same timing. A very interesting way of tying threads (mini ties)?! Are you talking about the workers who have to do that in a factory? I almost cut them off to make them easier to untangle, but I think the 100 or so zip ties were there for a reason. Can't speak to reliability yet, but I didn't have a great start as it takes me extra time to unravel 180ft. knots and turns.
