I like how easy it is setup so that we can have our own survey template which makes things easier when creating new campaigns as well! We used this tool at my previous job where i worked in an call center department but now working here they use different software package for their team management system called Teamwork Software by Pega Systems Inc..
If you're looking into something similar then go ahead give them try because synapse looks great too!! Nothing yet just trying out everything since its such good reviews overall about other softwares compared against eachothers price point etc., not much dislike or anything really nothing comes across me minding right offhand though if there's one thing maybe could be improved upon would probably adding more detailed features/tools within your CMS platform especially during implementation stage? The look & feel is very modern looking - I think this could be improved further but not by much! Customer Experience Survey data can now easily accessed/managed through one dashboard rather than having separate dashboards across different teams which used to happen earlier in our journey working together as part 7BAMs at BT Global Services UK Ltd.
