Great bands for quarantine

These bands are great for at-home workouts, the various resistances give you a lot of flexibility for nearly any move. I have had bands snap in the past and these felt very sturdy, much better quality than the plastic bands that cannot handle strong resistance. I also really enjoyed the workout guide that accompanies the package, it makes for a nice circuit training regiment. 5 stars!
