Review on Miele CM6150 Countertop Coffee Machine: Stylishly Efficient Lotus White Brewer by Tommy Clement

I love this car. BUT 2.5 months after purchase it stopped working. I have contacted Miele Customer Service. They said to send it back to them for repair. They should send me a box to send to them. Now, 3 weeks after the first call to them, they still haven't responded to the request to send me the mail. This is totally unacceptable. I've called about 10 times and nobody seems to know how to send me a box. So I spent a lot of money on a car that now just takes up space on my counter. It's useless. My advice is stay away from this product. When you're spending that much money on an espresso machine, the company should do whatever it takes to help you if it stops working within a few months of purchase. Miele has the most useless customer service I have ever experienced.
