Review on 🔑 Toyota Prius Key Fob Cover Case Shell Replacement with Blank Key (2004-2009) - USARemote by Jason Arkin

All buttons fell off Toyota Prius keyless remote and would cost more than $150 to replace. Repair was not an option. If you're good enough with repairs, this replacement shell is worth trying. It is very faithfully constructed and requires only the removal of the internal electronics from the original and installation in a replacement housing. Everything was perfect for me. I didn't even have to cut out a new key (blank included) as the original fitted. I understand that a refurbished remote is not waterproof, but I wouldn't say the original was waterproof. Removing the circuit board requires some care. Damage to it will require the purchase and reprogramming of a new remote ($$$). Mine works like the original.
