Review on ๐Ÿถ Enhance Your Dog's Health with Dr. Harvey's Herbal Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Supplement (7 Ounces) by Kristin Bridges

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A Yorkie with serious gut problems loves him. Use sparingly โ€“ Spirulina can cause diarrhea. I would like a sample pack.

I sent Dr. Email Harvey's website (he's a dentist btw) for a full list of the ingredients in this product to make sure my Yorkie wasn't allergic to any of them. I received a mostly automated email with their phone number. There are no answers. I was so desperate to find a natural herbal product that I risked it anyway, despite the lack of transparency. (Maybe to protect his proprietary recipe like Coca-Cola?) The chance paid off. My Yorkie girl loves it. I tried it myself before giving it to her and it's delicious - very green with a garlic flavor. I like to see small pieces of mashed mushrooms, roots and leaves. So nice to see real natural ingredients. :) Now I sprinkle it over her at every meal just to add some of the nutrients and greens she was desperately lacking due to her many food allergies. (No, I don't use as much as they say because I already know through trial and error that too much spirulina will give her diarrhea. I suspect others get diarrhea for the same reason.) I'm still trying to stop myself stabilize your weight with a homemade diet based on Dr. Judy Morgan, which is a must for dogs with severe gut issues and food sensitivities. thanks dr Judy Morgan (actual vet, by the way) no longer shakes, hides, or throws up my little one after mealsโ€”nor does she have any more slimy stools. It was a great relief and she got back to us because she is so much better. (Now, if I can add more natural healthy fats to her diet and increase her weight without another bout of pancreatitis, we're spot on.) Mind you, my little 5-pound Yorkie was starving for nutrients after a bout of pancreatitis. inflamed gut, countless food allergies, vomiting on all the expensive, good quality, organic dog food I could buy, and multiple vet bills so she'd probably eat dirt if I put it on her plate. She is also extremely sensitive to liver and offal, so this rules out most liver flavored dog vitamins, which I've spent a lot of money on. But now she eats homemade white fish and steamed vegetables with those green vitamins better than I do. She loves these natural plant vitamins and will even eat the green powder if I sprinkle it separately on her plate if I forget to add it to her dinner. (I tried to take a picture of her to prove it, but she was moving too fast and the picture is blurry.) Note to those with similar digestive issues: I give her elm powder as a herbal remedy (Gastro Elm Plus). cover your inflamed GI tract with every snack or meal. It looks like it will be for life. She gets probiotics and a bloat with every meal. And she gets all of those plant-based vitamins mixed into every meal three to four times a day. She's a different dog but I'm still trying to get her back to 6lbs. So I use this as a complimentary 1/8 - 1/2 teaspoon in every home cooked meal but not as a main meal. Vitamin - I'm still looking for other supplements that will work for her allergies. She loves it, I tried it and found it good. Not all dogs like it - they usually crave what their bodies need. If you don't like this supplement, you might like Dr. Harvey's other supplement. (Dr. Harvey needs to develop a sample pack for less than $10. I think they will increase sales and have happier customers.) -- Hey Dr. Harvey, how about a sample pack for under $10? You have a sale here.
