I've had them for over 2 months now and they work very well. They are plastic, so you need to be careful when installing an SSD. I've inserted and removed the SSD many times and had no problems. The SSD must be fully seated (sometimes you think it's seated but it's missing by 1/8 inch). When installing, be sure to tighten the screws as tightly as possible without damaging the plastic. which you press at the end to release the SSD (I broke 2 door types because the plastic lever broke when pressing). I would buy some extra trays if you need to replace multiple SSDs.
