Cute, runs small

This outfit is very cute but a little small. My son just switched to 5T so I got this in 5T and it's too tight. It fits like a small 4T. He wore it a few times to make me feel like I got my money's worth. The shorts are also very thin. I love the colors and the design but unfortunately not the quality and fit.
