when used with TRX belt

I bought it to use in place of the TRX X-Mount. I like that the load capacity is extremely high, so I'm sure it will hold me even if I hit the ground with my full weight. I used a stud finder to make sure I attached it to the wall stud. For obvious reasons, you don't want to put all your weight on a poorly supported binding. The ring is a bit small for a strap but otherwise works perfectly. UPDATE 2/5/13. I've been using trx straps with this attachment for over a month now, about 3 times a week, and I can say it's holding up very well. For reference, I weigh about 165 pounds and personally I'd say that if you're heavier and have doubts about the strength, the nylon or stitching on the straps leading up to the binding are failing. Hope that helps!
