I recently bought this for my photo studio. It came in a REALLY small box, which scared me. I thought it was a lot of pieces. I opened it up and it literally consists of three parts. Piston, seat and legs/base. I assembled it in 10 seconds. It seems quite comfortable, it turns well and this model has no wheels (I don't call them wheels). Let's see how my customers react to this, but I thought it would be more convenient than apple crates. "Back support" is ridiculous. If that's why you get it, don't do it. It's really glute support so your cheeks don't droop off your back. Your back is absolutely ZERO.
