Bought the other day and was very happy to transfer all my S-VHS/VHS tapes to my computer for archive storage. I installed everything and started copying, there is sound but no video. Then I checked all the connections and everything was tight and secure. Then I tried copying again and encountered the same problem (NO VIDEO PREVIEW). I've noticed that some people are having problems with Windoss 10, so this may be the reason why I'm not getting any video signal. In any case, this is true. doesn't work and i will send it back. Not recommended for S-VHS/VHS video transfer on Windows 10.
