That does not work. in Printers & Accessories

I have bought some of the more expensive cartridges from other manufacturers and my printer has rejected them altogether. Maybe it has something to do with the white solids at the end of the ink output area below. I tried taking it off but it was too hard and I didn't want to file it for fear the tiny white flakes would get into my ink. But unfortunately I missed my opportunity to come back, so I might as well try. I am so disappointed in this product.
