Review on Smart Offboarding by Walter Martin

I like that it allows me to have all of my documents in one place for easy access. It's not as user friendly as other programs out there but this helps keep things simple. If you are looking for an off boarding solution then look no further than smart off boardering. They do what they say they will do! The only thing I dislike about them is how long it takes to get your information into the system once you sign up with them. Once everything is set up properly though, the benefits far outweigh any minor issues. We were able to create custom forms for each position we had open at the time so new hires could fill them out right away instead of having to wait until after onboarding.
