On the video the light is in automatic mode. They are really good, they were put under the tent of our camper. I like the properties of different light sources and colors, but the most important thing is the ability to dim them. My issues are that the remote has a very short range, maybe 4ft. The plastic backing was very difficult to remove from the tape and some of the adhesive had come loose from the beginning of the tape making it unwilling to stay in place. The kit comes with small clamps that fix this. Edit: After using it twice, it no longer works. Changed the battery in the remote control, nothing. Edit again: I found out why the light wasn't working after using it twice. The connector MUST be inserted in the correct direction. As soon as the plug was rotated 180°, the light worked again. I now have a mark on the fork to show the correct sides.
