Very busy at first. It will hurt your legs and leave deep dents in your calves. I started stuffing excess fabric between the cuff and the leg because it hurt. I went to the Dye Precision website and bought the correct size, they are just really tight. They loosen up with wear and feel a lot better and are still reasonably secure. Stretching with a rolled up towel helped a bit, but it was mostly just carrying and moving in it. Let's talk PROTECTION! I feel like I'm wearing armor! I don't use them for paintball, I wear them as protection during combat training to reduce the risk of knee injury. They saved my knees a few times and now I feel invincible. I can't have anything with a hard outer shell because it can increase the risk of injury for my training partners, so they're perfect.
