I love the durability of this mug, it's nice and thick so I hope it lasts a long time. But the price is better! The thickness also helps with preheating, so your coffee stays warmer for longer. I use it to improve my latte art skills, really makes me feel like a barista at home. I liked it so much that I got a second set for my fiancé. My only complaint, like others, is the capacity. I bought a 10.5 ounce mug since that's the size I usually make for a latte, a 2 ounce shot, and 6 ounces of milk (before frothing). I usually have about an ounce or two of milk left in my pitcher after I've frothed and poured it. The mug I used was slightly larger and could fit the entire pitcher in. As a quick test, I poured 10 ounces of water into a measuring cup and poured out. I couldn't even pour the full 10 ounces before the cup started to overflow, so calling it a 10.5 ounce cup, more like 9.5 ounces, is a bit of an exaggeration.
