I would love this pillow...but it's too firm

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and find it difficult to sleep in a sling. The travel pillow is my solution for neck support at night. I really wanted to love this pillow because of the memory foam, but it was so hard and hard that I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Have returned the item.
