For the price I paid it works well. Just wish it was a little brighter and it gets pretty hot on the ring light, doesn't seem to hurt but after running it for a while. it's going to be MUCH hotter than I expected. Now I also want it to have a back cover to prevent fires. how. It's ok to work with thumbnails, I just expected more. Nice thing is that the glass is exactly the size I wanted, just over 4 inches, 5 inches would be nice but at least it's a lot better than some alternatives with a tiny 3-4 inch magnifier.
