Pros: light weight. My 2 liter hydration bladder comes in without any problems. There is enough space for groceries, small tools and a first aid kit, but there is also room for a supply. There is one medium and two small zippered pockets. A mesh pocket is attached to the outside of the backpack to carry the bike helmet. Not so good: There's a hook to secure my water bladder, and it's in a slightly odd position. I have to tilt the water bladder slightly to attach it to the hook. There is a channel to route the water hose to the outside, but there are no additional loops on the backpack's straps for proper hose routing. This product could be improved if there were two hooks to hold the water bladder more securely and if a loop was added to each backpack strap to guide and hold the water hose properly. Cons: There is only one minus. This backpack has only one large compartment. That means the main compartment should hold both a hydration bladder and larger items that you need to carry. The water bladder has its own pocket in this compartment, but there is still some risk of wear or damage when items are added or removed. I believe it would be a better product if the hydration bladder had its own compartment. Overall I still think this is a good hydration pack.
