Review on ๐Ÿšฝ RKF Bathroom Overflow Single Handle Faucet BF3501P MB by Mohmed Burt

I installed them in the bathrooms of 79 apartments

After installing 79 of these I have an opinion. They were very easy to install, with some residents complaining that the water pressure was almost uncontrollable. For an adult who uses a faucet regularly, learning not to pull the handle all the way is enough. The problem is that children don't understand it and every time they splash water from the sink on themselves. The top lever rotates back and forth too, so it's great when you need to fill a container with water and get the facet out of the way for a minute, but for kids, they could twist the faucet and turn it on. Three weeks later we came back and checked them all for leaks, no problem! My only concern was the baskets in the sink tarnish too quickly and I worry about replacing them when needed. Other than that, everyone loved the look and everything about them. I liked the pad because it was large enough to cover up old faucet stains and seemed to provide a good seal around it. The installation tool that came with it was very handy and I liked that it came with power cords. Another saving if you're looking at high volumes. We have made some in brushed nickel and others in chrome. Brushed nickel appeared to be a more durable and premium metal than chrome and certainly helped hide water stains, but overall both were good for the price. I would buy again at this point. I just hope they hold up over time.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
