Review on Marrakesh Gallery Moroccan Pouf Cover - Round & Large Ottoman Leather Cover - Bohemian Living Room Decor - Hassock & Ottoman Footstool - Unstuffed (Bleu Sky) by Robert Blair

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well made, stylish and a lot cheaper than what you would pay at RH

I was looking for a smaller pouf style stool and found it to look much better than some Indian style saree poufs use very thick I bought some cheap standard/royal pads to use as padding and not to be used as polyfill or old clothing.I used 6 and hesitated whether I needed a 7th as the hardness is near perfect for me.As others have mentioned in their reviews, the filling of the sides and then the middle of the Covers represents possibly the best approach in terms of lightness and uniformity. Also, the quality is relative to what you might see in an RH magazine or a showroom, but that's significantly less. The right-handed alternative to this Moroccan stool doesn't have a bottom zip, so can't be stuffed yourself, and costs at least double depending on how much you spend to stuff it. Finally, the smell of leather is present but very mild. It is part of the tanning process used to create leather goods. If you want something synthetic (and inferior in my opinion) you should do it, but this is a great quality product.

Pros
  • 20" Unupholstered Round Leather Stool - Very durable and comfortable extra seat - Built to last. With regular cleaning and proper maintenance it can last a lifetime.
Cons
  • Expensive
