Review on ⌚ Speidel Stainless Replacement Self Adjusting Timepieces: Perfect Precision for Timekeeping by Ryan Rodriguez

My husband loves his timex watch with this type of strap. He has to wear a watch to work, but occasionally it hangs on something while working. The elastic band stretches and protects his hand or arm from injury. Unfortunately, it sometimes gets stuck and stretches too far to the point where the links separate, requiring us to replace it. This watch is about 8 years old and I must have changed the strap 4 times. He broke up the band a few weeks ago. I've looked everywhere for a replacement. There are many strips with a straight end, but very few with a curved end. This is Speidel, a good band (I'm playing the "Twist-o-Flex" song from an old ad in my head. "Put a Speidel on your wrist. Twist-Flex".). I think they leave a very small gap between the top/bottom of the dial and the strap connection that wasn't there in the original. but I've found it's a lot easier to put the strap pins in place. These straps did not come with extra pins in the box. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I ordered 2 bracelets, they came in 3 days. The manufacturer's price sticker says $18, so I think it's a good deal.
