Some caveats Best in CB and Talkback Radios
This charger is physically slightly larger than the original NiCd battery charger. My new battery is an aftermarket lithium ion battery purchased from Revain hence the reason for this different charger. I have found that when the battery is low, you get a flashing error indicator. I have found that when I revert to the original Ni-Cad charger, the Li-ion charge completes without error. Knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn't have gotten a new charger. I don't really understand why or need a different charger for the Ni-Cad and Li-Ion.
