I bought this window cleaning kit because we are preparing for a June wedding in our 19th century house which has many floor to ceiling windows. So we mixed up ⅓ vinegar, ⅔ distilled water, and a few teaspoons of dish soap and started using our new window cleaner. In general it's turned out well with the addition of our suede fabric trim. The proof of effectiveness is in the finished product and I am including a photo of one of the 37 large windows we cleaned with it! After a day of cleaning all those windows, here's our review of the cleaning kit: PROS: + The extra long extension was invaluable for reaching all the nooks and areas right next to the frame. + The cleaning pads were excellent. + The ease of changing nozzles on the probe was great. + The tool is lightweight and its length can be easily adjusted if necessary. CONS - Probe hoses often had to be tightened when using the probe. - The squeegee nozzle was unusable. Water treatment works. The rubber was not thick enough and was pliable. We had to wipe the windows with suede cloths. Without this window cleaning kit, our task would have taken MUCH longer. Overall I give 4 stars.
