Our 2 year old was dying to ride a horse and it seemed to suit him best and it is! It's comfortable and safe. Her helmet almost gets in her way as she grows up, that might be a problem, but so far so good. Just sit on your sofa/bed and adjust it properly before going outside and trying to use it. Be sure to put on all your coats/gear so you know where to loosen/tighten. When you go out, just ask someone to hand the baby to you after you get into the vehicle, leave the sides fastened and just fasten the shoulder straps after sitting in place, it's really easy. She loves it and it keeps us from taking our hands off the ride when we need it. Be safe but have a good time!
