The instructions say "Insert the new filter into the frame with the airflow arrow down." However, there is no arrow on the product at all. Nowhere, no way. Nothing. So when I first installed a new one, of course I must have installed it incorrectly. I say this because the airflow did not improve after installation. I'll have to take it out, flip it and reinstall when I have time. But I'm not happy that there are no arrows on the product to help with installation. Bad news, FRAM. I could cancel the next shipment of this filter and order from another company. EDIT: Fram got it right. Make it 5 stars.
