When I first received this product it didn't work, I'm not sure if both cables were defective or just not compatible with my device but I requested a refund anyway on and sent him the back. Instead of getting a refund they sent me another product (which is so annoying), I requested another refund but I just didn't have time to return it and the time allowed had expired. I'm stuck with an item that I no longer need.
