Review on 🦟 Tregini Large Electric Fly Swatter 2 Pack – Rechargeable Bug Zapper Tennis Racket: Kills Insects, Gnats, Mosquitoes, and Bugs (Safe to Touch Mesh Net & Built-in Flashlight) by Ankur Songz

Multifunctional but fragile

Two racquets received, well packaged. I ordered them to replace an old racquet that had served me well for several years before it finally failed (electronics). The design and quality was similar to my old one and I suspect they all have the same build quality. The Tregini came partially charged and took less than 15 minutes to fully charge using the included USB cables. There is a built-in flashlight, an on/off switch and a button to activate. I have no idea what a mini flashlight is good for, other than to use it to attract insects with light. Otherwise I see no functional purpose for the light. I returned two packages I bought, although only one was defective. Overall I think my old and cheaper bat was more effective at killing flying insects even though it was only 2750 volts compared to the new bat's 4000 volts. I assume getting a set of zips with both clubs fully functional is hit or miss. These zappers are great to have - when they work. I ended up returning this set and ordered another set that ran on BATTERY with fewer bells and whistles. I decided to keep it simple and ordered racquets with fewer features to minimize the chance of anything going wrong. I think a battery powered zapper makes more sense than a USB rechargeable one. I don't have to wait for the racquet to charge via USB when I can just swap out the batteries to power my devices again. These zappers are great when they work.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
