Great for Baby Changing Tables!

We use these on top of our changing table, because of the occasional mess created by our boys. As soft as the velour changing pad covers are, when your babies pee/poop without advance warning, they're a pain to keep throwing in the laundry! This was a great solution, and it is a far better deal than going to your local drugstore!

Pros
  • Bedding & Furniture Protection
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for individuals who prefer soft and cozy bedding

Just works - my new review

We've been using these as a disposable changing pad cover for the baby, and they just work. No leaks, even with the occasional "fountain" or "poosplosion" on the changing area. Wipe off the baby, throw away the old pad and put down a new one.

Pros
  • Can be used for newborns and infants as a changing pad
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals who sleep in specific positions

horrible as wee wee pad for dogs

I used these for a 30-Lb Whippet, The pads are NOT AT ALL absorbent, urine leaks all over the floor. I am throwing them away. Waste of money!

Pros
  • FOR MEDICAL AND HOMECARE USE: The Dynarex Underpads are disposable bed pads for use during medical procedures and care for adult incontinence. These waterproof bed pads, sometimes called chux or chucks, protect sheets, mattresses, and furniture.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for active individuals or those who move around during the night

Cheaper alternative for wee-wee pads for a large dog

I buy these to use as wee-wee pads for my indoor dog. She's a lab-pit-muttigree mix that is about 53 lbs now, so I've been in the habit of laying down two of them next to each other to make a larger space, but she uses them as wee-wee pads with no problem. You can see the urine spread out quite far from the spot she picks, so they aren't the thickest, but for the price, they serve the purpose just fine. They don't usually leak through (unless she goes too close to the edge, in which case they…

Pros
  • I use these for puppy pads. Love the size.
Cons
  • May not be long enough for individuals who toss and turn in their sleep

Good use in large bird cages

I use these in large bird cages (where the birds can't reach them) and they are so much nicer than newspaper and soak up whatever falls on them and the plastic keeps the tray clean and dry.

Pros
  • They work well for my doggie pee pads. I've tried others and these seem to work the best so far.
Cons
  • Awful. They fell apart before we could even begin to use them.

Use them every day for my spoiled rotten dog. Has to be this exact pad. I ran out and bought a different brand at Walmart until my Revain was delivered and he refused to go on them. He likes his blue border, exact size and I am stupid enough to allow a dog to run my life SO we are loyal Dynarex for life customers

Pros
  • Light weight pads that will get the job done
Cons
  • May not be as effective as other incontinence products on the market

Unacceptable on my review.

I have used this company before however this time I have found them in bad shape. I have unfolded many and had the folds stick and tear the absorbing material tear making it totally unusable. I have also found several where the absorbent material folded and not covering the blue backing. I'm very disappointed. May have to find another company

Pros
  • Can be used in hospital beds, wheelchairs, and other medical settings
Cons
  • May not be suitable for long-term use in certain cases

I've ordered Dynarex underpads before and I like them.I ordered from Big Apple Supp. and received the Cardinal Health brand underpads instead of Dynarex. The Cardinal Health underpads had lots of bald spots (missing cotton stuffing), the blue backing was thinner, and the blue backing was not sealed well.Went through a lot of hassle with the return process with Big Apple, with them not acknowledging they may be engaging in purposely selling an inferior product at a brand name price. Other…

Pros
  • Hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types
Cons
  • May not be as effective for overnight use

Great product good for me

These are better then getting weewee pads and cost less . I am pleased with this purchase. Thank you for making them available.

Pros
  • Incontinence & Ostomy
Cons
  • May not be able to handle heavy leakage or multiple incidents

Pay Attention to Who the Shipper/Supplier Is

I give this product one star if the shipper/supplier is BIG APPLE SUPPLIES. Big Apple Supplies sent me another brand, which was smaller (21"x 36") and lighter absorbancy and NOT the Dynarex 23"x 36" pad shown in the picture. If the shipper/supplier is My Med Street, then you will get the better quality Dynarex 23"x 36" pad as the picture shows. I give the Dynarex product 4 stars.

Pros
  • Perfect. Large and absorbent ...we use these as pee pads for our older dog
Cons
  • Needs to be disposed of properly to prevent environmental harm

Great value best in my review

Great for, puppy pads . They are thin but they do not tear apart like other more expensive pads. These pads are a bit thin for human use but perfect for pet peepee pads

Pros
  • Good pads. Good value.
Cons
  • May not work well with certain types of bed frames or mattresses

Works for our needs

Use them for the Maltese on our deck. Puchased a case of the things when it came time for a re-order. Only wish for whatever reason the "free shipping" applied because of the amount of money I spent.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • May become discolored or stained over time

Dynarex Underpads: my feedback

These are comfy. You don't feel as if you're sitting in a puddle as some other underpads do. Cushiony, soft, absorbs well.

Pros
  • Performs the job it was designed to do.
Cons
  • May move around during the night and not provide adequate coverage

Use as Pet Pee Pads

Price is good. I prefer a thicker pad, but these worked fine. We use them as pet pee pad so can not offer info on how it would feel or hold up to human use.

Pros
  • they could be a little heavier
Cons
  • May not stay in place throughout the night

I find them better for using as a wee-wee pad for my dog

While these are thinner than the "fluffy" ones, I find them better for using as a wee-wee pad for my dog. After she pees, I just put a piece of newspaper on top to capture the odor and keep it drier for the next time. That way, one pad will last 36 to 48 hours for my 12 pound Lowchen. I have it right by my toilet and stools get picked up and flushed.

Pros
  • Is versatile enough to be used for many situations and purposes
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues
