I bought this single post adapter to easily attach the rack to the back of the new Kent Dualdrive tandem I got for my birthday. As always, the adapter kit arrived quickly. with Revan. I opened and inspected the gear and was a bit surprised at how good the materials are. I didn't hesitate to use the included nuts and bolts to mount the bracket. Installation was a breeze. My seatpost was a bit flimsy for the adapter so I put a small piece of rubber in the adapter around the seatpost to take up some extra room. When I put it on I feel I could not use elastic and one tightening would be enough. This adapter is great for the bike and even better for the trunk. I didn't have to use any adapters to match the trunk bars to the mono post adapter. It was basically "plug and play". Now I have a bike rack that looks really good. No additional metal bars. or something similar sticks out. Highly recommended.
