UPDATED REVIEW! MY original review needs to be updated due to the great customer service. The original unit was defective but since it was expired I never thought of giving the company a chance to fix it and just left a bad review. Well the company took it upon themselves to contact me and offer a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised and wrote them back. We received a new device last Saturday and it works great. It's so quiet I had to check it was on. Philex Electronic Ltd have an excellent customer service policy, I highly recommend considering them for any product they offer.
