I love how easy it is for my team members who are not in sales/marketing roles but still need access! It's very customizable as well so we can make changes without having someone from Salesforce involved every time (which would be ideal). Sometimes there aren't enough options or they don’t seem relevant when creating an Event which makes them difficult if trying something new like this service has been helpful because now everyone knows what works best with us at any given moment - no more guessing :) We've actually had people ask about using other services instead of ours since implementing Sort Time LLC into their workflow!!
