Excellent Product For Patients, Scheduling Coordinators & Providers

The layout of information is easy to find even if you have never used this product before or don't know it well as I do now due in large part from using opustime regularly for over three years! This software makes managing my scheduling so much easier than any other program out there that we had been previously utilizing which was very frustrating at times because they were more complicated yet not nearly powerful enough nor intuitive like OPUSTIME has become!! And most all important - how many

  • Ability easily view schedules, set up new appointments/e mail reminders etc., send patient messages directly through web site interface.etc.; also being able to track employee time & attendance with just click clicks!!!
Cons
  • That i'd wish everything could be done offline but understand why things must stay connected

Great App For Organizing Everything

I like that Opus time is available through both my iphone and ipad. It really helps keep me organized with appointments and notes. Nothing so far that I dislike about this program. I do not have any major issues with it as of yet. If you are looking for something to help organize your life, then this is the tool for you.   • Everything links up nicely if there's an issue we don't need another application just to access what i'm using already..it has great organizational features such as adding calendars/appointments easily onto each day.etc., also keeping track of upcoming events

Excellent Platform For Organizations

The ability to access appointments via mobile app was one of my favorite features! It's also very easy for clients because they don't have any extra costs or time commitment needed from them other than downloading it onto their phone if that is something you want/need? I think there would be more functionality as far back-end options go but overall so many great things about this platform!! Opustime is a simple time tracking tool that allows you to easily track time spent on projects.

We use opustime for our accounting and scheduling needs. It is easy to learn and understand. Our sales team uses it to track leads and appointments. For billing, we use opustime and paypal together. The scheduler is great! If you're looking for something simple, and cost effective, try opustime. We've used opustime since 2006. We switched over from Sage because they were charging too much money.   • There is a good amount of documentation available online.

  • You cannot customize reports to fit your needs exactly
