I love this app because it's so easy for my clients who are busy moms! It makes our lives easier by allowing us access from anywhere at anytime without having them drive out of town or have someone else do all their workbooking needs!! The only thing would be if they could add in time cards as well but other than thats great. It's easy for customers who don't have computer experience or internet access; it also helps us keep track of our clients' information so we can contact them when they need help! I wish there was an option in which only one person could use at once instead having two people work together would be nice but not necessary since this works just fine as long as everyone has their own copy/password protected account (which makes sense). Easy to use and very good customer service. Nothing. It's great for small businesses and has helped us grow! They have not been able to do everything we need them to do, but they are always trying to improve their product. So far it has worked well for us.
