Works great, yes it doesn't quite work, but for the price it's just great. It has a dual rotation so the monitor goes either way and then the arm can be folded to either side. So it's not quite flush with the wall, but damn close. Assembly instructions were easy, installation took the full 20 minutes. I love it, best not to buy it's probably 80 to 90 dollars more expensive. Don't buy cheap imitation cheetahs, this is a solid 42 inch mount. I wouldn't get much taller, I'm lucky because my TV only weighed 30lbs so keep in mind the 50lb limit.
