Compatible with PS4 right out of the box, no hiccups there. I had to mess around with the computer. Under Windows 7, the "Bluetooth 5.0 Realtek Adapter" stubbornly refused to begin working; after three hours of trying, it was finally identified; after fifteen minutes of joy, the boy's enthusiasm faded. =(( I had no trouble locating it or installing it in Windows 10 (though you will need to track down and obtain scp_ds_drivers and xbox controller drivers). When using the BT whistle, the connection holds steady, although I had to use three separate whistles because Ali and Buro were not pals with the joystick 8. ((
