This seller knows how to serve customers! Received a defective pair and contacted them directly. Chris (who I believe is the owner) contacted me immediately and COMPLETELY resolved the issue. Not with the scissors. They are great for trimming flowers. The spring wasn't too heavy so you can keep going with them for a long time. I stuck with my Fiskars for trimming big sticks and fancy pearl manicures, but I really liked how the curved blades on this pair outlined the bumps and got really good results much faster than the straight Fiskars.
