User Friendly Case Management Software

This product is easy enough for use by non-computer savvy users, it's intuitively simple in design so that anyone can understand how everything works very well (even after only minimal training).

I like this tool because its able identify employee issues quickly which saves me time as an employer/recruiter! There are some features missing from this software but these could be added later if customers request them - they have been great at listening carefully & responding positively when we do voice our wishes / concerns via their customer support department who respond promptly too :) We manage over 100 candidates per week through recruitment platforms such as SeekersHQ or Indeed however having accessible case management makes managing candidate relationships much easier than using separate tools. Having used several products available online now including Zoho CRM there really isn't any other system out there better suited my needs currently compared to what i've found here already (although others may disagree.

Pros
  • The interface with clients.
  • Simple user experience without technical knowledge required; also allows accessability even where computer literacy levels aren’t good..and client feedback has always given positive reviews overall : )
Cons
  • Occasional glitches during signup process causing delays before new accounts get fully created.
  • Not many options within account settings yet
