Great communication & Customer Service

It is very easy to use, it has all of our needs in one software (we have multiple clients using this). The customer service team are always helpful and can help with any queries or problems that we may face at anytime! We would highly recommend Iconi CEPServices for their knowledgeable staff who will work closely alongside you every step along your journey as an organisation. I can now efficiently keep up and control almost anything

It has enabled us to easily manage our case load, enabling me as an administrator in charge of managing over 600 cases at any given time with ease! We are able solve problems quickly by using this software for monitoring all clients who have been assigned my team via email or telephone calls from their supervisors/managers etc.. This is great because it allows you monitor everything within your office without having employees physically go there every day which saves so much work!! The only…
